- Hikawa-kumi Yakuza group:
I made up a Yakuza group. The Hikawa-kumi is a small group consisting of no more than 36 members in the US, and merely a single member in Prospect (this character, if that isn't obvious). The rest of her gang consists of a small honor guard cobbled together from other Yakuza groups in the area and as such its members aren't actually under her direct control (unless you wanted to change that, that is). Selena acts as tattooist in a semi-spiritual role (which I 100% made up for the purposes of this character) for the Yakuza in Southern California. If you're Yakuza and you're getting inked, Selena's probably the one doing it (and you've probably also heard strange rumors that she asks for payment mainly in blood and tears). Otherwise, the Yakuza in California tend to deal in two things: human trafficking and firearms. Need a line on an assault rifle or a pimped captive? Look no further!
- Renunciate of Caine:
Selena is on the Path of Lilith and considers herself a priestess of the faith. While a heretical Path of Enlightenment within the Sabbat, most Bahari are mortal humans. More than a few Verbena and Cult of Ecstasy mages belong to the faith and a small number of Garou, mostly Black Spiral Dancers, also find themselves bleeding beside the Bahari. That being said, maybe it's redundant to state that this character is designed for pan-splat play revolving around the cult of Lilith and the concept of pain-as-teacher-and-trancendence in general.
