Description
The sign on the door reads "Pat's Radiator Repair - The Best Place To Take A Leak!" with a smaller sign that says "Repair by Appointment Only." The entire lot is surrounded by a corrugated iron fence and heavily wooded with many junkers on the gravel lot. Sounds of cutting torches and air wrenches can be heard far into the night. The back half of the lot is separated by a tin fence and a gate, locked by padlock.

The building itself is a rustic tin affair from the 1950s with an attached carport and flourescent lighting inside. There is a large tank full of neon green antifreeze for checking leaks, clamps and radiators in various states of repair. Oxyacetylene torches and tanks are set to the side, the floor is an old concrete slab with a lift on one side and a deep grease pit in the center, with a ladder leading down into it and toward a locked door below. It is not a tidy shop, piles of greasy rags stuffed in buckets and tools scattered on workshop benches.

There is a small office to one side and the grease pit has a ladder that is opposite a door that leads to the storage area, lit only by work light.

Hidden through the grease pit is a locked storage room, revealing the nature of this place as a chop shop for stolen automobiles. Hundreds of stolen car parts wait to be fenced inside, and beyond that is a small, smoky room where an illegal poker game goes on all times of the night.
