Neve works in Pentex's Human Resources Department (HRD), and she often oversee's the hiring, firing and 'termination' of employees. Termination often results in the death of said co-worker. However due to contractual fine legal print, Mercy often enslaves the souls of those who died to continue working for the great umbrella organization Pentex, long after death.
