Alexandra Juno
"“Be grateful that you only see the outward man. Be grateful that you never see the passions, the hatreds, the jealousies, the malice, the sicknesses... Be grateful you rarely see the frightening truth in people.”

xxxxxShe looks just like any other college freshman you might find on the streets. Pretty, but not too pretty. Smart, but not too obvious about it. She has a birth certificate, a Social Security Number, a California driver's license. She likes pop punk, caramel macchiatos, and video games. She practices parkour and acrobatics while studying to be a psychologist. But she's not like other girls her age. She couldn't possibly be.
xxxxxShe began life as Subject Delta-49. Born from the Genius of Dr. Quentin Juno, a Progenitor of the FACADE Engineers. Given life and breath in a biotech matrix, her genetic profile carefully and lovingly sculpted over long months of painstaking work. All to produce the perfect human specimen--Homo superior, the next step of human evolution. She awakened from her matrix with all the knowledge and intelligence of a mature young woman.
xxxxxOver the course of the next year, she was aged to maturity while taught to hone her powerful psychic gifts. Her purpose--to be subtle eyes and ears for the Technocratic Union. To look, see, and know in ways that would cause no disruption in the Consensus. On the surface, she was just another ordinary college student. But within, there is so much more.
xxxxxNow, in the city of Prospect, she has come to execute her mission. The Technocracy works to save humanity and guide it towards Ascension. To protect it from the terrifying things that infest our world. To guard it against subversion from those who would fracture the very fabric of our reality. She knows she is young. She knows she still has so much to learn. But she is proud to be an Extraordinary Citizen of the Union, and is eager to prove her worth to her comrades. And she will let nothing stand in the way of her mission.
