She'll be able to tell just by looking whether a person is alive, dead, undead (ie, vampire / risen), or if they've never been alive in the first place (ie, golems, robots etc). As a side effect, Obfuscate is not particularily effective when it comes to trying to hide from Risen; even if your body is hidden from sight, she'll still see your aura just fine.
