- Caged Folk: Dreizehn has a score of family who never underwent the Birthing Plague. They're sentient rodents, clever as any human, and can help him out with various tasks, though they're also quite paranoid.
- Danger Sense: Sometimes he can sense when things are not right. It gives him a bit of time to shift or bolt. Or both.
- Pain Tolerance: As a lab rat, Dreizehn was vivisected, and suffered chronic pain for several years. It's left him tough and able to endure a bit better than most others.
