I remember the tales of these creatures as a child. I wouldn't be surprised if they exist, but do they? Nature is alive all around us, I have summoned her children, her elements incarnate. Do nature spirits truly thrive together in some hidden kingdom as we were told as babes?

I have seen many strange sights during my long lifespan. Men and women who can bend reality to their will should be given respect. They are blessed by old gods.

I was once one of these, so long ago, and I remember my naive innocence well. But now the cattle, the herd, the prey, they are sacks of blood in my eyes. But they are sacks of blood that can fight back. Hide your existence from them or face their paranoid wrath.

They used to be everywhere but now we have chased them back to their forests and caves.

It is one thing to be immortal, yet it is another thing entirely to be without a physical form, and be forced to wail in the night alone. It is better to suffer the Curse of Caine than to live that way.

A necessary evil indeed. They are self righteous, and insufferable, yet they keep the attention away from those such as myself, and draw the ire of the Sabbat. They scream loud and keep away the swords of Jihad.
