Li Bong wasn't always a goofy, drunken homeless monk wandering the streets with a rickety bicycle and a bag of oranges.
Occasionally, he'll make some reference to a history in a uniform, possibly with a badge. Some of his anecdotal tales involve crimes and investigations. Once in a while, he'll allude to some kind of training.
But then, he just cackles or giggles, and then says something that makes no sense.
