Laughlin Elysium/Rules of Elysium

• Absolutely no weapons of any kind.
  

• Hospitality is granted to all Kindred.
  

• No disciplines save obfuscate for the comfort of the nosferatu and Samedi if they so choose to use it.
  

• This is a neutral ground. No grievances between factions may be brought here. Leave it and any baiting at the door.
  

• The Masquerade must be observed at all times when entering the main building of Die Damenhalle.
  

• Spiritual companions are allowed within the hall.
  

• Destruction of items within Elysium will be met with banishment from the grounds.
