What is Babylon?
Babylon is an off-camera (meaning off-grid) Private Nightclub that people can use to help flesh out their character.
What do you do at Babylon?

Babylon is whatever people need it to be.
- Need a place for your character to bar-tend but can't find the owner of an IC Bar? Babylon.
- Need a location for your character to get drunk at the night before? Babylon.
- Want a job stripping but can't find the owner of an IC Bar (or want to pose stripping)? Babylon.
- Want a stage for a rave or something similar but don't have one IC? Babylon.
- Need a place to meet a contact off-camera so that you know what's going on IC? Babylon.
- Need a job to explain resources 2? Babylon.
- Literally anything that you need for a bg for your character, Babylon can provide.
Where is Babylon?

Babylon is a floating rave which means that it moves around the city every week.
This week it's downtown, next week it's out towards the factories.

Babylon is off-camera.
That means your IC actions can't affect it. It's just for background or to explain rp.
It can be affected in a scene but it will just re-form one way or another for the next scene
Who Owns Babylon?

Babylon's owners are a mystery. No one's ever been able to meet them.
Babylon's managers are different. There's a woman who likes to handle the bar, the waiters and the bouncers who's name is Lilly.
Babylon's entertainment is managed by a guy who goes by the name Frank.
It's unsure if this club is under the operation of the Camarilla, the Magi, something in between.
