Tom Harley was born in Detroit, MN to a family of three which father and mother were both a member of a sept in Detroit, MN. When Tom became of age he was sent however to an uktena sept after both his father and mother were killed in an accident regarding some BSDs busting into motorcycle shop which they both worked at. Being sent away from the city to a Uktena Caern which was far up into Canada NW Territories. From there his uncle took care of him as his tribe was Uktena.
