Appetizers
  • Wings come in sizes of 8, 20, and 50 counts. They are cooked in the award winning BBQ pit, and then deep fried for that added crunch. Served with your choice of sauces. Ranging from Naked, Honey BBQ, Ranch, Honey Mustard, Lemon Garlic, Teriyaki, Hot, Fire, and My Mouth is Melting.
  • These steak house fries can be served alone, or topped with Cheese, chili or both.
  • Sweet potato fries. Crispy and delicious, served with a mango dipping sauce
  • Curly Fries - Seasoned up, either hot and spicy or Southern Creole style
  • Fried Green Tomatoes - A Southern classic. Rolled in seasoned cornmeal, dredged in flour, served with a special dipping sauce
  • Mini Meatballs - Veal, pork, beef and cheese mixture, served with a rich dipping sauce, sprinkled in chives

  • You can have a full or half rack, or baby back. We have both a wet and dry rub version to bring these melt in your mouth classics to you.

  • The pulled pork is roasted all day, and it is great for sandwiches or salads. We have Ketchup, and vinegar based sauces

  • Smoked over night to add even more flavor to this delight.

  • A classic beef bologna smoked for the comfort food.
