|
Several children have gone missing in the town. Some have stated that they've seen children of different ages walking through the city at night as if in a daze. Where are they going?

Concept
|
Missing children. It's always every parent's worse nightmare. Where have they gone? Did they run away? Did someone take them? In this case - it's almost like they just sleep-walked out of the house and were never seen again.
- This is basically a quest to uncover what is pulling the children from their beds, where are they going, who is responsible and how to stop it.

Specifics
|
- By the time that this event will go active, at least a dozen kids will have been 'taken'.
- Several witnesses, mostly those folks who are out late at night doing gods-know-what, have reported seeing the children walking through the city in a dazed, sleeping state and heading towards the forest.
- The eye-witness accounts have all been dismissed due to the poor character of the person making the statement; drug dealers, known prostitutes, etc.
- Garou: Whispers of the spirits of nature suggest that a small corner of the forest has been claimed by a dark power and they refuse to enter.
- Magi: Word has it that there may be a Verbena-Barabi working in the area. Who knows what she is up to but you can bet she's probably the one behind these kidnappings.
- Vampires: One young vamp was reported to have stopped one of the older children. The child -threw- the vampire across the city block without even exerting effort. That's when the witness' statement gets a bit iffy. The witness claims that vines shot up out of the ground and impaled the vampire - immobilizing him until the sun rose the next morning.
