The Blackwell Corporation was originally founded as a small, personal security company that provided in-country escorts for high-profile targets. With a few 'splatter jobs' in the news to drop their 'good name', none of their federal contracts would renew and the company began to slip into obscurity.
The company changed hands and suddenly began to turn a profit under the new management. Originally based out of Atlanta, the company has recently shifted its focus to the west coast where it has diversified into urban reclamation and renewal by renovating low-income, high-crime neighborhoods and using their security personnel as a private police force to assist local law enforcement officials.
