Babylon is an off-camera (meaning off-grid) Private Nightclub that people can use to help flesh out their character.

Babylon is a floating rave which means that it moves around the city every week.
This week it's downtown, next week it's out towards the factories.

- Babylon is off-camera.
- That means your IC actions can't affect it. It's just for background or to explain rp.
- Babylon can't be blown up, destroyed or the scene of a bloodbath because you, the character, are bored one night. Take that IC.
