Slow-Cooked Cochon de Lait - This is always a favorite at Jazz Fest. The tender Pork melts in your mouth, and the tangy Coleslaw and Creole Mayo are the perfect complements.

Spicy Andouille - Cajun spiced Sausage paired with grilled Sweet Vidalia Onions, and tangy Bar-B-Que Sauce.

Abita Braised Short Ribs - Famous beer braised Angus Beef, with Fried Onion Rings, Garlic Mayonnaise, Arugula, and Tomato.

Chicken Livers and Slaw - Lightly Floured and Fried Chicken Livers, Creole Coleslaw, and Coleslaw Vinaigrette/

Fried Blackened Catfish with Spicy Remoulade Sauce - New Orleans Classic and Mardi Gras favorite, with fresh Greens, Tomato, Pickle, and Cajun Mayonnaise.

Oyster - Our Battered deep-fried Oysters, with Spicy Remoulade Sauce, plain or dressed.

Shrimp Remi - Fried or Grilled Jumbo Gulf Shrimp, Fried Green Tomatoes, Remoulade Dressing, and lettuce or Cole Slaw.

Seafood Gumbo – The definitive New Orleans classic prepared seafood style with Crabmeat, Shrimp & Oysters. By the cup or by the bowl. -also available with Tender Chicken and Okra, or Spicy Andouille Sausage.

Red Beans & Rice - Thick, delicious, large bowl of the Slow-Cooked Classic, served with a side of Smoked Sausage. A must for Monday.

Jambalaya - The quintessential dish from New Orleans, a spicy rice dish featuring Chicken, Andouille Sausage, and Shrimp.

Crawfish Etouffee – Our made from scratch Etouffee swimming in a large portion of Crawfish Tails. Seasoned in a buttery roux, and served over rice.

Blackened Catfish or Redfish - Cajun seasoned Fish fillets, served with Turnip Greens, and Dirty Rice.

Low Country Shrimp & Grits – Creamy Grits topped with grilled Jumbo Shrimp, and generous helping of Maque Choux.

New Orleans Medley - Sampling of Gumbo, Jambalaya, Red Beans & Rice, with grilled Smoked Sausage

Grilled Cajun Steak - Crazy juicy, tender Grilled Sirloin Steak seeping with flavor from our special Cajun marinade and spice rub, all complimented by sweet tangy Orange glaze that is lick your plate delicious! Served with garlic Smashed Potatoes, and Haricots Verts Amandine.

Boom Boom Shrimp - A generous portion of Fried Shrimp coated in our Homemade Sauce.

Blue Crab & Crawfish Beignets - Tender Lousiana crayfish tails and Blue Crab meat balls deep fried golden brown, with Creole Remoulade Sauce.

Fried Catfish Nuggets - Cajun seasoned, deep fried Catfish nuggets perfectly sized for small hands, with choices of dipping sauces, served with hand cut French Fries, or Onion Rings. -also available as Chicken Nuggets, or Popcorn Shrimp Bites.

Southern Macaroni-n-Cheese - Our delicious, creamy three cheese baked Macaroni-n-Cheese, topped with golden breadcrumbs.

House Garden Salad - Fresh, crisp greens, sliced tomato, shaved carrot, cucumber, radish, and crumbled bacon, with Creole Vinaigrette, or your choice of dressings.-Can have shrimp or chicken added.

Enjoy this French trained Cajun Chef's dishes, he puts his own artistic touch on every meal that leaves his kitchen. Oh, and he doesn't smoke in front of the customers, or in the kitchen, only in the area behind the cafe. He has quite the temper, but he goes out of his way to give the customer a satisfying experience.
