Tom Harley was born in Detroit, MN to a family of three which his father and mother were both Corprate Hounds. His father worked as a VP of General Electric his mother a Paralegal for Harley Davidson Motors Inc. Specifically they raised him in an Uktena Caern away from the city life for a purpose but allowed him when he became of age to walk the city and enjoy it.
