  • These wings come in sizes of 8, 20, and 50 counts. They are cooked in the award winning BBQ pit, and then deep fried for that added crunch. Served with your choice of sauces. Ranging from naked, honey BBQ, Lemon Garlic, Teriyaki, Hot, Fire, and My Mouth is Melting.

  • These steak house fries can be served alone, or topped with Cheese, chili or both.
Pasta Dishes

xxxxxStrawberry Lovers Embrace:

  • A strawberry and cream sauce covered pasta. This delight is reputed to bring love to the soul.

Here at the Smoke and Barley, we try to cater to all your BBQ needs. We offer the classics from around the United stated with house specials added in.

  • You can have a full or half rack, or baby back. We have both a wet and dry rub version to bring these melt in your mouth classics to you.

xxxxxPulled Pork:

  • The pulled pork is roasted all day, and it is great for sandwiches or salads. We have Ketchup, and vinegar based sauces

  • Smoked over night to add even more flavor to this delight.

xxxxxBologna:

  • A classic beef bologna smoked for the comfort food.

  • A heavenly dish from the far east. This jellied sensation is a refreshing end to a meal.
