Fun Facts		Snapshots
Her name- Lucía Montri Phailin y Cabrera- is written in the finest Spanish tradition. Her father, Marcus Phailin, was Thai and her mother, Rosa Mendoza Cabrera, is Castilian. Despite her name Lucia does not actually speak Spanish or Thai. Lucía hates being called Lucy. Unfortunately, it is inevitable. Lucy wears a bright red medical alert bracelet to alert people to the fact that she is allergic to every antibiotic that is even cursorily related to penicillin! This comes part and parcel with primary immunodeficiency (CVID). Lucy is an investigative reporter who is actually fairly well known. She has the reputation of being hard hitting, uncompromisingly honest, and intelligent. She is good at ferreting out corruption, most notably a scandal involving the previous Mayor of Prospect.
