The Knuckleheads
Skudder House is a Flophouse contained in what was once an armory in the industrial district of Prospect. They're a small group of young punks that claim this area as their own. It's a small chunk of a place full of dirty mattresses, trash, and drugs. Lots of drugs.
The interior is dank and most of the windows have been boarded off. The swimming pool converted to a skate pit and the various levels and rooms have been converted into a wasteland of junkies, punks and runaways. There is no power here so everything's run of scattered car batteries, stolen power or a few small generators that are in well-ventilated areas. Mattresses soaked in every bodily fluid imaginable are pushed against walls and tucked into dank corners covered in piles of clothes, junk or bodies.
The place is rank, the sounds are often soft and filled with coughs and moans. Occasionally music or screaming cuts through the cacophony of humanity packed into this little place, and on weekend nights the place becomes a mad party.
