Streetwise 3: You've heard about the O'shannon family in Chula Vista. You don't know much about their hierarchy, or if they have any kind of leadership. But they certainly seem to be taking orders from somebody.

Streetwise 5: It's not a myth anymore. Almost all of the cartel presence in Chula Vista has been pushed out by the O'shannon family of the Irish mob, and that family is headed up by Lyra herself. She's been exceptionally visible to people at this level of knowing, likely to make some kind of point.

3/22/2023: Lyra ascends to archmagedom, bringing to end a 5 year long story. The combined effort of myself and my partner, the player of Latona, I doubt we'll ever have such fun again.
