Backstory:
Malachi was a real estate tycoon in life who purposely kept his affairs to himself. Not much was known about him other than a love for his career. He started small and worked his way to become one of the top investors in California. He came from a Hebrew family although he was not big on religion as an adult. Having never settled down, he died alone and in privacy of a heart attack in 2010. Leaving his estate to his best friend.
Now, Malachi manages things from the Underworld, conducting business as usual. He has thus far done well and has gained enough status to be named a leader of the "Agents" faction within the Proctors Guild. Something he is proud of, even if it is only within the Prospect Necropolis...
