The following is based off the document, "A Harpy's Primer" produced by OKC By Night.
Introduction to the Harpies
Harpies can be any Kindred within the Camarilla. Whether you are experienced at it, or brand new, the following information is meant to help, teach, refresh, and be a reference. What you will find is hopefully answers you can point others to, and give you reminders when scandal comes about and you are looking for just where it fits categorically.
How can I become a Harpy?
It has been rumored that harpies are appointed by the Prince, or elected by the Primogen Council. This is not true. The Traditions
