The Faerie

Knight-Errant xxxxxSer Artegal is a knight-errant of House Gwydion, born from a tryst between King Arthur Pendragon's bastard, Tom a'Lincoln and Caelia, the Faerie Queene, Sidhe of House Gwydion. As Sidhe kinain, he's walked the middle ground between the Mundane and the Dreaming for a millenia and a half, blessed/cursed with immortality by virtue of his mother's blood and ancient faerie magicks. Over the course of time, his accomplishments and battle prowess (helped along with careful court politicking by his mother) won him a knighthood in House Gwydion. He serves the House as a knight-errant, assisting in their affairs both Dream and Mundane. xxxxxDamsel in distress needs rescuing? He's your man. Dragon needs slaying? This is your guy. Need a Champion to stand for you in a Trial by Combat? He's the one you call. Assuming that the cause is just, of course. He IS Gwydion, after all. xxxxxHe is always accompanied by Talus, a chimerical falcon companion that was presented to him by the House in recognition of his contributions to the House's success.

The Mundane

Not Much Going On ... Yet! xxxxxHe's been in the Dreaming for the majority of time between the Dark Ages and now, punctuated with brief outings into the Mundane at key moments in history for this or that quest for reasons that remain largely mysterious even to him. The last time that he was seen walking the Earth was during World War II, defending Albion's interests during the war and fighting against the supernatural soldiers that Hitler's Third Reich had assembled. Why has he reappeared now, and in Prospect of all places? Only time will tell.
