True Form
Like a chunk of gothic statuary come to life, Roland is vaguely humanoid, but 'vaguely' is probably as close as he gets. Perhaps eight feet from his toes to the top of his head, his frame is large and thick with muscle and bone, with a grey pallor to his skin that looks like he could actually be chiseled out of rock and set to life. Both hands and feet end in thick, short, talon-like nails that occassionally click against whatever surface he's walking across, while the lines of his face and some of the more protruding joints of his frame - the elbow, the shoulders, his knees and heels - tend to end with short, spiky protrusions that probably means he doesn't join the mosh pit often at the local dance club. Lastly, a disproportionatlry small pair of bat-like wings of the same grey coloring are attached to his back, maybe 6 feet across when fully extended, while a much more proportional tail, five or six feet in length, hangs down behind him, perhaps used as balance when he flies.
