Musician: He's a musician that's just hitting the local bar scene. Maybe you've seen one of his shows? Or maybe you caught him sometime during his rambling 2 year tour of the US' finest dive bars and roadhouses?
Unemployed: He's always looking out for the next gig. Maybe you can hire him as a musician, or know someone who can?
Coffee Lover: He's already discovered that the Prospect Roasters coffee shop is quite the hotspot, even doing a little rehearsing there.
Mysterious Past: He remembers next to nothing before December 1, 2009. Maybe you knew him before then? Maybe you know what happened to him that night? (Please ask before going with this hook. Thanks.)
