Streetwise 5: It's not a myth anymore. Almost all of the cartel presence in Chula Vista has been pushed out by the O'shannon family of the Irish mob, and that family is headed up by Lyra herself. She's been exceptionally visible to people at this level of knowing, likely to make some kind of point.
Chula Vista: It's hard to call anyone royalty these days. But if anyone deserves that title, it would be Lyra. She keeps a VERY close eye on the city, and everything that goes on within it.
