After surviving his exile, upon his return to Prospect Cedric was once again tasked with ruling a domain in Vegard's name. Given his current situation, this time Cedric accepted. With old friends and new allies joining him, Cedric now rules over the city of Carlsbad as it Duke to further strengthen the Camarilla.
