Gogh - Also known as Van Go Quickly - is generally affable and polite in a sort of distant way, quickly trying to get to the meat of any discussion. With little time for niceties, she plies her trade as best she can in a city of insane superpowers, figuring she can make a quick score in a few ways. She might even be right. She tries to be neat, but she doesn't always manage it.
