THE BULLET MAN

"The Bullet Man" wears a sleek, 1940s suit complete with thin tie and fedora cap. Wherever he travels, the faint smell of gunsmoke can be smelled in the skinlands. He carries a level of sophistication in how he speaks - clearly well educated, charismatic, and carries a perverse sense of honor. His name comes from his uncanny ability to always have some form of firearm on his person and can pull them as if from out of nowhere. While his preferred weapon of action is a dragunov sniper rifle, his preferred weapon of choice is a Maggot Revolver. On his left hand is a brand of the Penitent Legion. Currently the Bullet Man is contracted to Obliviate Floyd, by any means necessary by a group known only as "The Masters". To that end he has been scrounging Prospect hunting for the Doomslayer. So far, he has been unsuccessful.
