Hysterical individuals will attempt to flee at the earliest opportunity, and if prevented from fleeing, will cower, babble, and otherwise be incapable of constructive activity. Supernatural beings receive a bonus on their Willpower roll equal to their Occult rating.

Backstory:

Jimmy made a living as muscle for hire. He was good at his job and loved what he did. Things changed after he had his daughter and his wife died. Life wasnt about him anymore, everything he did was to provide for his daughter. Things were looking good for the two of them, she always had everything she wanted and he had her.

One night, while Jimmy was out "Working" he was picking up a payment (which was meant to be his last job) and was gunned down.

Now he spends his time watching over his daughter and protecting his fetters.
