Right place, Right time : Shelby's everywhere. Sewers, clubs, desert, Mexico. You name it and for some reason feel the need for errant explosions or delusions, hit me up and Shelby could come walking around the corner.

Homeless and lovin' it : Shelby calls the alley home, and in her more tender moments, will even add to the talk circling the burn-barrel and share a bite to eat. She's held in good regards with most of her ilk. "Shelby? Oh, Shake. Yeah she's alright. Get her talkin' about one of her theories you'll be there for an hour. But she's alright."

Penchant for Crime : There happens to be a couple of warrants out for a girl around 5 feet tall, with short blonde hair and tanned skin. Theft, 'B n E', vandalism, suspected gang affiliation. The works. The picture generated from witnesses coming in to give descriptions is about the vaguest drawing ever, though. Might actually be a guy.

In the Know : Streetwise 5, Area Knowledge 5- If something big's going down, or about to, more often than not she would be able to point a finger in the general direction. Or, more likely, just show up for the fireworks.

Canadian Terrorist. Eh? : A couple years back, a serial arsonist hit Toronto for months, then just vanished, never being caught.

We need guns. Lots of guns. : Shelby's making a break into the market, particularly the black one. She's networking, and so far her name's come across a few niches here and there; A reliable push for drugs, and a tighter lipped whisper says she's able to get her hands on 'Fireworks'.

Moving up in the world. : Anyone in the gang scene has heard of a new one perking up and encroaching on Prosperity-- The Shelbyville Saints. So far the chapter in Prosperity has only staked claims to a few smaller areas, the biggest one being Washburn Recycling on the northern side of the city. But their turf dots the city nonetheless now. Oddly enough it seemed to happen overnight, in relativity to how gangs usually shoot for turf claims. But they're not aggressively warring with anyone, and they actually seem pretty damn decent in terms of gangs.
