| Financial Profile: | The Ueda Family, specifically Dr. Hideki Ueda, are Majority Shareholders of Lumiere Biologics's IPO, the shares are divided along lines of Class A and Class B shares with Class A shares equaling 10 votes to the value of 1 in the case of a Class B. Almost all of the control in the hands of the C.E.O. who remains invested in the daily activities. That said there is a board of directors which has been appointed to handle various facets of the company. |
