Although the phenomonea of the Blood Moon is not -necessarily- something supernatural, the rising of this moon has caused Garou to rage more quickly and vampires to act nearly drunk. For every night the Blood Moon is in the sky the whole of the supernatural world has been lit up and no one knows why.

Concept

A local group is holding what they are calling a Harvest Celebration in Maple Park complete with drumming, dancing, exotic food, oh and a large egg statue. Everyone is invited to come to the park and enjoy the festivities.
