Carys was here and then gone. Where has she been? Where are the people she used to hang out around?
Those who might remember her, she looks the same? Maybe a little more wise in the eyes, but otherwise not much changed. Her stride is the same, her clothes are about the same, and she seems normal? But is she really?
Certainly, she will have a story to tell - once she finds the one she is looking for first.
