- Absolutely no weapons of any kind.
- Hospitality is granted to all Kindred and ghouls.
- No disciplines save obfuscate for the comfort of the Nosferatu and Samedi if they so choose to use it.
- This is a neutral ground. No grievances between factions may be brought here. Leave it and any baiting at the door.
- The Masquerade must be observed at all times when entering the main building of Die Damenhalle.
- Spiritual companions are allowed within the hall.
- Destruction of items within Elysium will be met with banishment from the grounds.
