Storm Overarching Villain is Goro's intended purpose, perhaps even Greater-Scope Villain
Storm Goro may well be the Hero Killer
Storm He certainly IS the Lightning Bruiser.
Storm Be wary either way, because Goro does have Unstoppable Rage
