I am Viktor Rumov, rited Blinds-with-Ice, born on two legs under the full moon, Cliath of the Silver Fangs, descended of the Kings and Queens of the Ice Spire Sept in Russia, Member of the Sun Lodge, Member of the Clan of Crescent Moon, Beta of Vanguard's Might. My Brothers and Sisters it is time for us once again to live up to our duty of our mother, our people, and our kin.
