Rather than spoil the fun of getting to know him by posting his background, I instead offer these songs to get a feel for him.
- Wake Me Up Inside - Evanescence
- Representing his Fae Self and its struggle to awaken again, and the feeling of being trapped in a world to which one does not really belong. UPDATE: He's awake now, but the song still rocks, and represents a great deal of his life.
- Little Lion Man - Mumford & Sons
- His father's lament for how he raised his son. Alas for Thaddeus that only on his deathbed did his father recognize his failure.
- Ain't No Rest For The Wicked - Cage the Elephant
- For coming to grips with a world that presents people with tough choices, and how the "justice" system may not be the best way to help people.
- In Time - Mark Collie
- For addressing bail jumpers, or others, who attempt to avoid the consequences of their actions. Matches in tone and words how he feels about his job.
- Sunday Morning Coming Down - Johnny Cash
- When he's been looking for answers in a bottle, and found only regrets. Additionally, Johnny Cash is the inspiration for Thad's voice.
