Rocky is a member of the Moonhaven family. Not so much as he was born into it as much as they have protected him for a very long time much like an endangered species. Star is his owner and Balthazar is his "Trainer" or "Keeper" as Rocky likes to call him.
He's recently learned a nifty trick where he can shape shift and look like this: Rocky Human Form
