Louie is a criminal with ties to the underworld. If you are a member of a Crime family or an outlaw motorcycle club, you may have heard of "The Devil Teche."
Other than PK, Im pretty much open to anything. PK just usually makes people pissed. There are fates worse than death, however. Consensual PK situations are ok though.
