OOC: The player of Hazard would love Hazard to be a reoccurring villain in your world. If you are looking for an epic fight cinematic fight, Hazard just might be your goon. If you are a mastermind, Hazard might be the perfect pawn in your schemes if you need a blunt instrument. In a PvP situation, I'm not interested in killing any PC characters. I will opt for a narrative excuse for leaving characters alive if terribly beaten. | OOC: The player of Hazard would love Hazard to be a reoccurring villain in your world. Edward 'Hazard' Leeman is not a good man. He is a simple but selfish man who uses might and fear to acquire what he desires. A life of crime is his most obvious career choice, and he does has a criminal record for assault. His destructive whims have made him the perfect host for a bane, and his state of possession and the powers it yields is the only thing keeping this man out of prison. | Edward 'Hazard' Leeman is not a good man.
