General Details
Summary The moon has turned red when it shouldn't and is staying that way. While it is in the sky the supernatural community has come unglued.

Concept

Something has turned the moon BLOOD RED and it is affecting supernatural creatures throughout the city. Although the phenomonea of the Blood Moon is not -necessarily- something supernatural, the rising of this moon has caused Garou to rage more quickly and vampires to act nearly drunk. For every night the Blood Moon is in the sky the whole of the supernatural world has been lit up and no one knows why.

  • This is basically a quest to uncover what has caused the moon to turn red unnaturally, stop the effect it is having upon the Supernatural community and maintain some level of control within the city over the Masquerade / Veil / etc.

Specifics
  • Vampires are walking around as though they were drunk, high on catnip or had just drained a friggen fairy.
  • Garou are entering into their rage-phase far more easily than they should. What's worse - they are -STAYING- enraged.
  • Magi are noticing that odd plants are taking over abandoned fields and lots throughout the city, growing at an alarming rate every night the blood moon is in the sky.
