Disconcerting : Elizabeth creeps people out. It's not what she says or what she looks like, it's just ... her. People don't handle her presence well, and animals are skittish around her. Her actions may put them at ease or might make things worse, but that nagging eeriness never fades.
Enchanting Voice : The creep factor is balanced out by the smoke and velvet of her voice. Or maybe that makes it worse.
