Dragos has always had a seat at his table for a Gangrel in need. They have been some of his most close companions over the years often more so then his own Clan.
Foreign:
He has a rather hard to miss accent that seems to put in somewhere in Eastern Europe and has just come to the United States. He seems rather old fashioned as one might expect do to his origins.
