You can never raise a lore higher than your primary lore, which is determined by your apocalyptic form. (DtF 170) Raising another lore equal to your primary lore is OK.
Self serve only works for the first dot of any lore. Beyond that you must put in an +xpreq.
Active (not prospective) thralls can raise Faith Potential (up to a maximum of 5) for the same XP cost as Faith.

- Humanity aka Path Rating: Raising this stat is the same costs as Western Vampires, and it is not affected by spending XP on Virtues. If you raise it, it does raise your Joss (dhampyr) pool.

Primary virtue | New Rating x 3
Other virtue | New Rating x 5
New/increase creed edge | New Level x 5
New/increase non-creed edge | New Level x 7 |
- This replaces trading extra Conviction for virtues.
- Raising edges does not require raising virtues first (that cap only applies during chargen). Level 5 edges are allowed, subject to the prerequisites from HPG 91.
- Gaining your first creed edge at a new level is limited on the '+rules minimum time' scale. (Example, if you're approved as a Judge with Judgment 2, then three months later, you can raise either Judgment or Creed Judgment to 3.)
- Non-creed edges can't be raised higher than your highest creed edge.

Technocratic specialty spheres:
- Iteration X - Forces
- New World Order - Mind
- Progenitors - Life

Fatal Addiction - pg 85 |
- For this purpose, only a PC vampire counts as a teacher.
- Raising a discipline above 1 requires "Domitor (background)", see '+rules domitor' for details. This does not exactly match canon concept or game mechanics, it's intentionally house-ruled to put ghouls with PC/NPC domitors and revenants all on an equal footing.
- Ghouls may learn blood magic, but get no Subrace discounts and are otherwise limited per '+rules ghouls', '+rules buying disciplines', and '+rules multiclass' as usual. (Secondary paths cost the same as primary path, per Fatal Addiction pg 85.)
- Revenants, see '+rules revenants'.

'Homid' and 'general' are in context of the breed you're kin to. If they can only get the gift by swiping, then it costs you 10 XP.
- Gifts that are Camp Exclusive are not eligible for Kinfolk.
- Gifts that require stats Kinfolk cannot purchase (i.e. Primal-Urge) are not eligible for Kinfolk.
All Gifts will be approved at staff discretion only

Rage | current rating | |
Gnosis | current rating x 2
Rites | level of rite x 3 or weeks of study | House rule / WtA pg 155 |
- Minor Rites cost half of a level one. Can get 2 for 1 (3xp for 2 rites).
Rage: This is capped at 8. Raising Rage above 8 requires a +request and is approved only at staff discretion. It is not recommended for lower ranking Garou to have Rage above 6, as they are more prone to frenzy.
Learning rites with time instead of XP:
- Requires another PC who knows the rite to act as the 'elder'
- This PC can earn renown for teaching
- Learning from a NPC elder is ICly possible, but requires XP instead of time
- Student rolls Intelligence + Rituals vs (10 - Intelligence) once per N weeks (N = rite level) (once per 3 days for a minor rite), must accumulate N+ successes
- Fail: Spend a Willpower to continue (counts toward monthly limit on spending Willpower on jobs)
- Botch: Wait three months (or less with relevant RP at staff discretion) and start over
- Not enough successes: If you do not roll enough successes, then you will spend Y weeks (Y = # of successes short from N) EXTRA to learn the rite (Example: Level 4 rite, rolled 3 successes, so it will take 5 weeks to learn)
- Student may only study one rite at a time this way, but may pause one to work on another
Note: You cannot learn from a PC that has been idle for 1 month or more.
All requests made must be confirmed to staff by the PC that is teaching it. Requests for confirmation must be replied to within 2 weeks, or it will be denied. It can be resubmitted later.
Cubs may learn rites as long as they have enough Rituals knowledge.
Gurahl: Gifts from a previous auspice count as in-auspice. This includes Rip Van Winkle, but not auspices skipped via Early Maturation.

- Caitiff have no clan-based disciplines, just as they have no clan. For them the cost of raising Disciplines is the current rating x 6 for all Disciplines.
- Other forms of blood magic use the same costs: currently Necromancy, Dur-An-Ki, Koldunic Sorcery, Ahku, Abyss Mysticism.
- For this purpose, only a PC vampire counts as a teacher. Use +request to claim the discount. Drinking the teacher's blood is not required (that rule is only in MET and V20).
- Generation: See House_Rules/Vampire#Generation. This takes precedence over the usual XP cost for backgrounds.
- Laibon: Orun and Aye are capped per Ebony Kingdom page 86.

Anything not listed here is the same as western vampires. FYI, did you know what's precisely what "the exception which proves the rule" means? You do now.

- If you have Outrage 4 and Great War Outrage 3, and want to buy Great War Outrage up to 4, it costs 3 XP.
Kinesis (The Great War 121) is an alternate form of Inhabit.
