A young man newly arrived in Prospect from New Orleans, Bob is recovering from tragedy where his parents died and he was left in a coma. He's awake now, but wheelchair bound. He had a Vet practice in New Orleans, but the city held too many memories. So he has moved back to his mother's birthplace, Prospect, and will attend UCP in 2024 to get a Ph.D. in Computer Science. Vet school was for his parents, though he loves animals and gets along with them well. Computers are his other passion, and he'd like to teach.

Bob has seen heart and tragedy in the last few years. First, just after graduation as a veterinarian from UC Davis, he get's left at the altar by his fiance. Then he goes back home to New Orleans to his parents, and spends a year there volunteering as a Vet and learning the PI business from his mom. He decides to get his Ph.D. in Computer Science at UCP, since computers are as much his passion as helping animals. He and his parents went out to celebrat, but an unknown driver crashes into their car, killing his parents and sending him into a coma.
  
He's staying in a small family home while he goes to UCP to get his Computer Science Ph.D. He's always willing to help animals, despite not currently being licensed in California. He is for hire to do research and is good at it. He also can fix, or build, outstanding computer systems.
