Mobster: Those with Streetwise 5 would know that Seraphina is the Avtoritet of the Russian Mafia organization known as the Ostrovsky Syndicate. They own a small set of blocks in the northeast of Downtown, and have their fingers in all sorts of different white and blue collar crime.
Junkie: To everyone below Streetwise 5? Seraphina is just a (former?) heroin junkie. She's cleaned up her look, and may well have quit the drug altogether. Either way, she's probably not someone to take all that seriously.
Skater: Sera hangs out at the Skate Park when she's able. She's not the best ever, but everyone has to have a hobby!
Ringleader: Several different street gangs and smaller time crime families are organized beneath the banner of the Ostrovsky Syndicate. This gives Seraphina a considerable force at her disposal, should she ever choose to try to push into other blocks of the city... She also might make a worthwhile ally?
