The Blue Ruin Speakeasy "The drink gets its name from the Prohibition era, when bathtub gin was known as “blue ruin,” Tarbender's bar director Nick Filiou tells us. Filiou says he's carried a variation of this drink with him everywhere he's gone throughout his decade-plus in the bar business."
