I live on the edges of many's worlds, yet belong to none.
I am old, sometimes tired of life and watching it go by me. I go thru this periods of wanting to connect, then pulling away to avoid the pain I know will come from starting to know anyone too deeply. I know the pain of death, more then once. I know the pain of living as well. More often then not I live in the memories of happy moments, and little joys now. It is safer that way.
